FIKS here with refers to Eng Hua Furniture Manufacturing Pte Ltd.

All installation carried out by *FIKS is in compliance to industry practices and this shall override all consumers individual requests.
All areas of warranty will be void for payment not fulfilled within 7 days after installation.
Customers understand and accept that all wood products will have colour and tone variations as well as crack lines whether obvious or hairline.
Upon completion, balance payment is payable immediately.
The installed job remains the property of *FIKS until full settlement of payment. Down payment is not refundable.
The client hereby grants *FIKS the irrevocable license / permission to re-enter the Client’s premises for the purpose of taking repossession as herein if the Client rejects or fails to pay the agreed purchased price.
FIKS reserves the right to replace goods of equivalence in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
All customers cannot claim *FIKS for "any defects" at the installation site unless customer can show evidence of pictures taken before any work commencement at the said site and there must not be any other 2nd party present during the installation.
Any claim or unacceptance must be notified with written notice to sales@fiks.com.sg with pictures taken within 5 days upon job completion or it shall deem to be accepted.
Products under promotional rates are non-refundable.
All sale vouchers are not allowed to be used in conjunction with any promotion.
Product sold is on consultative platform after discussing with the customers’ on their requirement.
For any level not accessible by lift, delivery cost per level is $100.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer’s data and all data collected is solely for the purpose of completing sale transactions.
Our products come with a 2-year warranty from date of invoice.
Terms of payment: 50% down payment; 40% before material delivery; 10% upon completion of installation. All payments shall be made in Singapore currency. To enjoy full warranty, payment has to be fulfilled immediately upon job completion by FIKS specifications.
